PRE-CONSTRUCTION
This phase includes the following in conjunction with the professionals and design team to create your vision:
1.Identifying site developments for acquisitions.
2.Appointment of professional teams.
3.Preliminary design.
4.Preparation of feasibality study based on preliminary designs.
5.Schedule of specification to indicate returns on investment (ROI).
6.Preparation of final drawings (architectural, civil, mechanical and electrical).
7.Preparation of bill of quantities (BOQ).
8.Documentation of BOQ put out for tender.
9.Selection and appointment of the main contractor.
10.Final preparation of cost report.
11.Obtaining of finance locally.

CONSTRUCTION
Working with the trusted professionals, main contractor and sub-contractor, we keep them accountable throughout the entire build. From sequence to production and quality control, we stay focused on the goal and not limited to the following:
1. Hand over of site to the building contractor.
2. Management of the construction process follows:
2.1. Site meetings with contractors and professionals.
2.2. Flow of relevant information between all stakeholder.
2.3. Monthly update of cost report.
2.4. Quality Control.
2.5. Final completion of development.
2.6. Process of finalising account with the contractor.

3.
POST-CONSTRUCTION

The last step of any building. This phase includes site clean and final inspections as well as completion of all outstanding issues (snag) list by the architect. Finally the hand over of the units/developments to the client.
